Alex Michael Shaida
Alex is a highly experience creative person and a seasoned marketer. He has worked across numerous brands, been a producer on two independent movies, and developed an animation series for global distribution.
Alex has been working in providing digital marketing training and advisory services in Europe and across APAC for over the past ten years, and has worked for digital training companies such as Director of Training for Avado APAC, based out of Singapore.
In 2017, he was a Senior Consultant in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing in Hong Kong.
He joined ClickZ Asia in 2014 to help set up a training business and helped to develop the brand in the market, and previously working at Econsultancy for six years, including serving as regional VP for Asia.
Prior to this, Alex was Ecommerce head for two UK ecommerce companies, and also worked in public relations for clients.
Alex is based in the UK.
Paul Smith
Paul is a Creative Director who’s experience spans three decades.
Throughout his career he has worked across 16 countries, 13 business sectors, for over 100 different businesses or organizations. He’s worked for some of the worlds’ biggest and best-known brand agencies, including Wolff Olins, Interbrand and Landor. His clients include Luxottica, GE, General Motors, Tokyo Metro, M&S and PwC.
Most of his work involves helping businesses identify, clarify and harness what makes them better, different and special, and make sure they take full advantage of it. This usually involves unraveling complexity in order to create something simpler more compelling. He believes that the most powerful solutions come from bold ideas expressed with strength and conviction.
Paul’s uses moving image and animation to communicate brand ideas and bring product and service propositions to life. His work covers brand films, product and service explainers, internal culture change communication, and TV commercials.
Apidsara Shaida
Apidsara is an experienced line producer and production manager, having managed several documentary and numerous corporate projects, as well as worked across two animation series. She brings out the best in the creative team and keeps a tight eye on budgets.
Mitch Wicking
Mitch is a senior concept development professional as well as seasoned writer having written numerous articles/blogs, a number of published books and also been involved in television and feature film scripts. Mitch has also had experience working on story development for corporate projects, explainer videos and TV commercials.
Alvin Chng
Alvin Chng is responsible for Asia business management. Alvin has over twenty years marketing experience and has worked for some of the largest media companies in the world. Alvin is based in Singapore. Alvin previously was was the Commercial Director, APAC for TripAdvisor and Regional Director for The New York Times. In both appointments, he set up their APAC operations from the ground up. He was the Vice President at Channel NewsAsia (CNA), a pan Asia24/7 news channel, and was responsible for spearheading and managing their new media and continuous news desk division.
